The French teaching department has fourteen teachers, including three PhD teachers and three native French teachers. Its teaching focuses on promoting intercultural communication, with strict reference to the CEFR and emphasizing oral French in small classes to lay a solid foundation for students’ core courses and further study abroad.

The French teaching team always emphasizes the combination of teaching and research. In recent years, one research project has been approved at the provincial level, several at the university level, and three   at the departmental level. Several teaching competency prizes have been won in teaching competitions.
