1. About Us

 

Our International Summer School, International Vital Education (IVE), was established in 2017. It serves as an international education platform which allows students to take a variety of accredited courses at the university level and get their credits transferred to their home universities. The purpose of our international summer school is to enable students to make best use of their spare time to expand their areas of knowledge, and win the opportunities of life. The courses offered in our summer program are highly appreciated by the students and have been recognized by plenty of universities worldwide.

 

We are committed to building a top international student service platform in China. With a professional team with overseas study experience and rich experience in management for many years, we have a deep understanding of the overseas education system and the academic needs of overseas students. We offer a unique study experience with various course options, field trips and local cultural activities. In addition to delivering quality education in the classroom, we also strive to provide opportunities to our students to develop other skills that are necessary for a successful career and a fulfilling life.

 

For every one of our students, we have only one goal, that is to help you to become a confident, independent and excellent student. We believe that studying in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology will be one of the most valuable experiences in your life. 浙江科技学院C1习得园504 IVE国际招生办 meet the academic standards of admission to ZUST are qualified to apply for our international summer program.

 

1)      Application for Courses

 

Please sign up for an IVE student account and complete all the required information. Each student is advised to take 1-3 courses for each session. Students should contact their academic advisors at home universities with the latest version of syllabus to confirm that they are allowed to participate in the program and the credits can be transferred.

We are suggested that students should apply for courses at their earliest convenience when most courses are available for application. Class seats can be reserved only after the tuition payment is confirmed. After paying the tuition fees, students may change/add/drop courses in the application system before they have successfully enrolled in the courses.

Costs of textbooks, housing, meals and other living costs are not included in the tuition fees. Students should buy their own textbooks before the program starts. Students also need to pay fees for on-campus housing or off-campus housing if there is any need for the accommodation reservation.

 

2)      Transcripts

 

Official transcripts will be provided by ZUST. Transcripts mailing will started right after the summer program. It usually takes four to six weeks for students to receive their transcripts. We will send the transcripts directly to the university to which credits will be transferred. Please ensure that the mailing address is correct. If additional transcripts are needed, please contact us at iss@ZUST.edu.cn.
